1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of reinelabo.com (“Reine Labo”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use Reine Labo

• You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
• You may hold only one account, and the details you give must be true and your own.
• We may ask you to confirm your age and may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

3. Free play only — no real money

Reine Labo is a free-to-play entertainment website. There is no real-money gambling. You cannot deposit, buy, win or withdraw money or anything of real-world value.

• Virtual coins, XP and levels are for fun only and have no cash value.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for anything.
• Success in our free games does not mean future success at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

You can play every game without an account. If you create one:

• Keep your password private and don't share your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account. Deleting it removes your coins, XP and level permanently.
• Five wrong password attempts lock the account for 15 minutes for your protection.

5. Coins, bonuses and levels

New accounts receive welcome coins. Signed-in players can collect a daily bonus every 24 hours and earn XP when they open games. We may change, pause or reset coin amounts, bonuses, XP rules and levels at any time, for example to fix errors or misuse. Balances shown inside individual games are separate demo credits.

6. Our games

All games on the site are our own and are loaded in the page from our servers. We work hard to keep them running but can't promise they will always be available or error-free. Game results are for entertainment only.

7. Fair use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automated tools; try to access accounts, files or systems that aren't yours; interfere with the site's security or performance; copy, resell or reverse-engineer our games; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Reine Labo name, logo, games, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

9. Our responsibility to you

The site is provided free of charge “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Responsible play

We want play to stay fun. You can ask for a break or account restriction at any time through Player Care. See our Responsible Play page for tips and free support services.

11. Changes and ending your use

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time.

12. Law and contact
